Island Christmas: Community Tree Lighting Event

Saturday, December 6th from 2:30 PM to 7:30 PM (rain or shine)

Our Christmas Tree lighting will be at 5:00 PM and join us for FREE fun for the whole family before and after!

Featuring a Christmas show and packed with exciting activities, this joyous celebration will be fun for the whole family! Activities include Christmas cookie decorating, snowball fights, writing letters to soldiers, face painting, sleigh rides, photo-ops, ice skating, and more!

There will be skates available to use for ice skating. The smallest skate size is kids 11/12. Go to the rink to pick up a ticket for a skating time. First come, first served.

Hot Cocoa, Hot Cider, and Hot Pretzel Nuggets will be available for purchase. Food tickets are available for purchase at the event but you may pre-order a bundle through registration if you would like.

Hot Pretzel Nuggets (with dipping sauce): $3

Each showtime will last approximately 30 minutes.

We are partnering with a local shelter that provides emergency housing to individuals and families to host a Gift Drive. We asked each child at the shelter to send us their wish list for Christmas. You can choose a very special, personalized gift from our AMAZON REGISTRY. You can have your donation shipped directly to the church or bring it with you unwrapped on December 6th. Thank you for your generosity in bringing joy to our community this Christmas season!
