Summer can be a time of great spiritual growth and advancement or it can be a time filled with wasted opportunities, and ultimately little time spent with God and growing in the most important relationship in our lives. As the old saying goes, oftentimes the road to good intentions leads to nowhere, not without some important tools and a plan to make it happen! We've already discussed how spiritual growth needs to be intentional because it's never automatic. Last week we talked about the importance of daily scriptural intake. This week we will talk about prayer. Specifically, we are going to focus not so much on the WHAT and HOW of prayer (though those are important) but on the WHO!
